We did splits of this line back when Finescents started in 2013-2015, these were used for that and since 2015- stored in IDEAL perfume storage! Vetiver by Roja Dove is a Chypre fragrance for women and men. Vetiver was launched in 2012. The nose behind this fragrance is Roja Dove. Top notes are Bergamot and Lemon; middle notes are Jasmine and Rose; base notes are Vetiver, Oakmoss, Labdanum, Cedar, Pepper, Caraway, Celery, Guaiac Wood, Galbanum, Nutmeg and Litsea Cubeba. It is not good for them to be in a retail store environment with fluorescent light! Even sealed in their original boxes, even if the boxes are black most stores DO NOT store their perfume properly. Natural ingredients were used much more back in the day. The main point is the older the perfume, the less it may smell like what you may remember. This is NOT a defect of the item we are selling. There is NO, I repeat NO possible way for a bottle that has been stored years and years to smell exactly the same as it did years ago. Due to ingredients. Nature. Physics. Organic things and life.The ONLY way for it to smell exactly the same as you remember is to go back in time.Please remember that perfumes ALSO, OFTEN; and often more than ONCE, go through reformulations or changes in ingredients.
