This is the Ultimate Upgrade Kit for your Ortur Laser Master 2 laser engraver or laser printer. Have you been piecing together all of your mods for your LM2? We put them all in one package so you can take an already great laser and take it to it’s limits. In this kit KGD has included:- Low Profile Air Assist – Z Axis Adjuster Kit with Bit Drive And 4 Knob Kit- Belt Tensioners- Retaining Feet adjustable height using common building bricks.- Focus Card (for seeing beam better)- T-Handle Wrench (Hangs on your extrusion)- U Block End Stop Spacer- Focus Spacer- Nozzle Adjuster Package (6 extra nozzles) Item Descriptions——Air Assist Ortur Laser Master 2 Get deeper cuts by removing the debris with air assist, cleaner engravings and overall better performance. If you have shop air that is recommend between 20-25psi. Small pumps will show great improvement as well but not as good as the larger pumps. Links to suggested pumps upon request.We prefer the side air style rather than the lens covering style. The K40 community experienced the same evolution. Which is now back to some very modern tested over the lens style that some very nice machinist made that created proper air seals. The reason this happens is due to the venturi effect that makes the nozzle a vacuum cleaner, pulling smoke in above, dirtying your lens faster. There are also problems potentially with moisture if not properly handled.Tools Required:-2mm allen wrench-2.5mm allen wrenchInstall:-Attach link pieces and nozzle to attachment bracket-Install the attachment bracket to the module using the provided screws-Attach the hose holder joint to other ball joint on attachment bracket-Install your 6mm hose (optional add-on)-Secure hose with zip ties to the wire loom-Place Nozzle at 45 Degrees 2-3mm from laser dot on workpiece.—–Z Axis AdjusterGives you 40mm of Z travel for quick and easy focusYOU NEED TO ADJUST YOU ENDSTOPIncludes U-block to work as a spacer (see photos)we recommend just moving the end-stop and not using the spacer (see photo)you only need to remove the acorn nuts then remove the plate that your laser module is attached to. See the photos on how to attach to z adjuster then reinstall on you carriage.Uses 4mm allen wrench to adjust, includes Tool Holder and T-Handle wrench This can work with either the Ortur 15W or 20W or the Neje 30W or 40W modules. It will only attach either of those modules to the Ortur Laser Master 2 (square) frame. Will not work with Neje frames.—– Z Axis Knob KitEasily raise and lower your King Gubby Z Axis Adjuster with our upgraded knobs. If you aren’t needing to adjust your module’s height by much, our knobs make minor adjustments a breeze. Choose one or buy the variety pack if you like different adjusting styles (or have multiple lasers to adjust). Includes:- 4 Knob Options (see image)- Bit Drive- Hex Bit- Tension SpacersBelt TensionersThis set of 3 Belt tensioners for the Ortur Laser Master 2 (LM2) let’s you adjust the belt tension on your DIY laser printer.Finally you can achieve perfect tension :)Hand tighten or hand loosen the threaded knob to make the adjustment.DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN YOUR BELTS!!!Please refer to “Belt Tension” by RF of youtube – Belt Tension – YouTubeYou may need to Replace your belts with longer belts, to see if your belts are long enough-You need to remove the washers that previously Locked your belt on the side that you install the tensionersX belt needs to be at least 625mmY belt needs to be at least 640mmThese are the minimum if you are cutting belt off a roll leave a little extraGT2 timing belt 6mm wide is what you need (optional add-on)—–Retaining FeetSecure your laser engraver’s aluminum legs with these stackable brick feet and just add or lower blocks to change height as needed. Super simple to use and compatible with the larger toy stackable blocks you have lying around. Compatible with All Major Brand building bricks (LARGE – 2.5″ x 1.25″). Uses 2×4 blocks (Building Bricks not included) These are for the large style bricks. Set of 4 Screw bottom plates to your table or surface, add blocks/bricks to the top until you reach the desired height. Make sure all four brick stacks are even and place KGD branded top brick on top. Then place your Ortur Laser Master 2’s stock feet into the slits on the top.
