My 86 year old great aunt had an accident last year, and is now confined to a wheelchair. Unfortunately, she had to move permanently from her townhome, and is now in a nursing home. As she had to downsize to one room, we have had to help her dispose of all excess possessions for her new residence. She has asked me to help her sell some of her art/collectibles and other items because she cannot keep items of value in her room and she now has such a small space. She was never married, never had children, and never smoked, so all items from her estate are in mint condition. This particular item is her entertainment/media center. It is solid oak and extremely heavy, thus the “for pick up only” specification, and it’s in excellent condition. It does have six permanent wheels on the bottom built in, so once it’s actually in a room, can be moved around with some ease. It is in excellent condition, and we took pictures from every angle (such as the back, where you can see the wheels are visible at the bottom). It is approximately 4′ 10-1/2″ high (almost 5′, when you add the one inch of space the bottom of the unit and the floor, due to the wheels), and it is 4′ 6″ wide and 19″ deep. It is one solid piece, but as you can see in the pictures, is sort of divided into sections, which I’ll give dimensions of as best I can. The top right side of the unit (left side in photos) has two smoke glass doors, and 3 shelves, one which is pull out (on track sliders). The inside space on this side is about 22-1/2″ wide and 18″ deep and 35″ high. The top 2 shelves are 22″wide and 16″ deep. The third shelf down is the pull out, and it is 20-1/2″ long and 16″ deep. There is 6″ of space between the top of the unit and the first shelf, 5″ of space between the first and second shelf, 12″ of space between the second shelf and the pull out shelf, and 12″ of space between the pull out shelf and bottom of this section. The bottom right section (left side in photos) has two solid oak doors, and the space inside measures about 22-1/2″ wide, 18″ deep and 18″ high. There is one shelf inside, which is about 22-1/2″ wide and 16″ deep. The space between the top of this section and the shelf is about 8″, and the space between the shelf and the bottom of this section is about 10″. The left side (right side in the photos) has 3 sections. The top section is about 7″ high, 29″ wide and 16-1/2″ deep. There is a pull out shelf, and the shelf is 28-3/4″ wide and 16-1/2″ deep. The space between the pull out shelf and the top of the unit is about 6-1/2″. The middle (T.V. section) of this side of the until is about 29″ wide, 27-1/2″ high and 18-1/2″ deep. The bottom of this section has two solid oak doors, and inside the space measures about 29″ wide, 18-1/2″ high and 18″ deep. There are no shelves on this bottom side of the unit. The 2 pull out shelves in this unit are track sliding, and can be removed for cleaning, or when you’re moving it. It’s a very nice, well-made, sturdy piece of furniture, and she originally paid over $1,200.00 for it. We can help you load it when you pick it up, but you’ll definitely need help unloading it on your end when you get it home.
