NEW Accuphase E-280 AB Class INTEGRATED STEREO AMPLIFIER 90W/ch w/RC-250 Description Condition: New The preamplifier section is equipped with an AAVA volume control, which is a pure analog circuit. By doubling the total current and halving the impedance of the circuit, noise is reduced and the S/N ratio is improved by 1dB. The damping factor, which affects the behavior of the speaker, has been achieved at 500 by reviewing the pattern and wiring between the power amplifier and the speaker output terminal to reduce the output impedance. The power amplifier stage is equipped with a high-output power amplifier with a parallel push-pull configuration that drives two bipolar transistors in parallel per channel. Rated output: 90W at 8Ω, 120W at 4Ω. A current feedback amplifier circuit with excellent phase characteristics in the high range is used. The power supply circuit is equipped with a large-capacity transformer, and while the filter capacitor capacity is the same as before at 30,000μF, a newly developed aluminum electrolytic capacitor has been developed specifically for this purpose, improving sound quality. It is said that this board standard will continue in the future (although I don’t think it will last forever…). ■ The display (meter) can now be completely turned off. When listening in a dark room, you can turn off the meter lighting, which can be surprisingly dazzling, and listen calmly. This is also a GOOD thing for me. ■ The initial value of the meter has become smaller. The E-270 started to move from -40dB, but the E-280 starts to move from -50dB.
