LAMINATING TIPS: Industry standard specification for 3 mil laminating pouches is 3 mil thickness on each flap for a total of 6 mils added to your paper and 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch and 25 microns metric. Customers who plan to trim sheets after laminating should wait at least 24 hours to allow adhesive to cure. Curing will produce a cleaner and more professional cut.
