I am selling this S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G, Antique EUREKA clock, with an electromagnetic movement, made in the early 1910’s, in an absolute BRILLIANT condition, having 2 bevelled crystals, in a FANTASTIC cosmetic condition and a PERFECT running movement, offered with a ONE YEARS GUARANTEE !!! Note that there is only a very small amount of Eureka clocks circulating in the (re)sellers and collectors world, because there were only 10,000 Eureka clocks made.People having one, will not sell them, because these clocks rise in value day by day; especially when it is in a cosmetic and functioning condition like this one is.This is the first time I found a Eureka in Red and Yellow COPPER!! Please watch the video of this clock, by copying and pasting the following YouTube Link in your browser:-> https://youtu.be/4L3HIFtsO4UThis clock has been treated with a lot of TLC, to get in into the condition it finds itself in…….The movement runs like an engine!I kept an eye on the time keeping after adjusting and in 3 weeks, this clock did NOT gain or loose more than 20 seconds (!), which even can be adjusted!This can be considered VERY special for a Eureka movement.Collectors among us know, that Eureka clocks are terrible time-keeping clocks, so this specimen can be considered an exception to the rule.The clocks serial number 9820, and dates from the early 1910’s.The movement is marked with the Patent Number “14614”.Unlike most Eureka clocks, offered on the internet, this clock is in FULL FUNCTIONING order and has been completely RESTORED, REWIRED and SERVICED!!!lt is one of the rarest models Eureka made and it has its ORIGINAL case in a TOP Condition!Both the Body and Movement are INCREDIBLE well conserved.The design of this clock is special; there are 2 (!) doors, which can be opened, to get access to any part of the movement!The fact that the Eureka company only produced a small range of clocks, during the time period of 1909-1914, make these time-pieces extremely rare.Eureka has always been a collectable clock, because of the huge floating wheel, placed in vertical position.TOP QUALITY clocks with the highest cosmetic standard.This piece is timeless…….The cosmetic balance of this beauty is BREATHTAKING…….The balancing wheel rotates far over the required 270 DEGREES, which is absolutely the largest amplitude I have ever seen for a Eureka clock.The amplitude is even 360 degrees!!I even installed a doide, saving the contacts, making the movement extremely ROBUST.The shining Red and Yellow case, is in a TOP condition as well.I polished every part of it and treated it with a special transparant finish, so you do not ever need to polish it again.It will keep its GORGEOUS shining coulours!The cosmetic balance is established by spreading the material with their coulours (Metal / Glass).The doors and side windows have thick, AUTHENTIC, BEVELLED crystals in it.The fact that there are crystals ALL AROUND this beauty make this clock have a STUNNING, TRANSLUCENT character.The hands come in a blue-ish black and are simply but classy shaped.The PORCELAIN dial is in an exceptional good condition and shows the time in Arabic numbers, which come in black.The dial is marked with the manufactorers name “EUREKA CLOCK CO LTD LONDON”.There are 60 partitions on the dial as well.This piece has a perfect cosmetic balance, style and and incredible design.Aside from the beauty, this clock works excellent and has an excellent functioning movement, running aprox. three months on a battery, placed in a NEW Battery Holder, placed in a battery holder in an authentic look.This clock passed time without major cosmetic issues.Overall this object is in an excellent state but not new.A fully levelled surface is not of importance with this High Tech piece.This clock even functions on a non-levelled surface!Please judge the quality by taking a good look at all the photo’s and YouTube video mentioned at the top of this listing.Note that, because of the shining surface of this clock, as well as the zoomed photo’s, even a fingerprint looks bad.Note that Eureka clocks are very well known for their inaccurate time keeping, when the temperature, humidity or altitude changes!FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!If you have any questions please feel free to email me.Dimensions:Height: 12.8 Inch -> 32.4 cmWidth: 7.9 Inch -> 20.0 cmDepth: 5.8 Inch -> 14.8 cmWeight: 6610 grams including the batteryThis clock (and all my other items of my listings) will be packed carefully!The balancing wheel of this clock will be secured by foam to ensure safe transporting.I have a not-good-money-back return policy, which I take very seriously.Combined shipping is possible!
