This twin disc kit offers twice the number of disc surfaces for better wear, heat capacity and long life compared to the rest of the markets single disc kits. Action Clutch twin disc kits undergo a complete four-stage heat-treating process on all diaphragms. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. The unique components of this twin disc is the two clutch disc; which have unique compounds mixed together for a hard grip. Action dedicates their time to design and manufacture these units for high powered applications. ACTION RACE TWIN DISC CLUTCH KITS FEATURES: Chrome vanadium diaphragm springs which helps resist abrasion, oxidation, and corrosion. High-strength steel pressure and floater plates. .250in thick discs which provides excellent wear resistance and performs well in elevated temperatures. Has one piece design to provide lower operating temperatures, higher strength and minimized deflection when quick shifting. Hardened steel buttons which provide a smooth and durable surface for pressure and floater plates 100% dynamically spin balanced. Individually inspected for proper release, assembly and balance.
