We cannot offer promises to live eggs because we cannot control what you do with them once they are out of the packaging. Therefore, we can only guarantee that the eggs will arrive healthy and viable. If you notice damages, inform us within the timeframe stated below. In the worst-case scenario, should you receive sick or DOA (Dead on arrival), you have 2 hours of the delivery stamped time to inform us. PLANTS: LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE; including actual plant, bulbs, rhizomes, tubers, and bare-root. We guarantee that the plant will arrive alive and healthy upon delivery. *It is important to know that based on season, some plants will arrive with yellowing leaves or with no leaf at all. *We sometimes wash off the growing media before shipping. *Expect that moisture in plant packaging may cause some mold, in which we do not cover under this guarantee. Unless/otherwise the mold is too severe in which may affect the plant. *Trees and vines may arrive dormant in cool seasons. To make sure your plant is still alive, do a skin scratch test by using your nail to scratch the thin first layer of your tree branch. If the under skin is green, white or still viable, then it is alive. If it is hard, brown then it is dead.
