The 95MM hemi throttle bodies fit the 2003-2012 Hemi 5.7L & 6.1L & 6.4L Dodge,Chrysler and Jeep models.These throttle bodies will increase airflow for better throttle response and increased horsepower by more than 30hp over stock one. The 95mm is the real size through the whole bore.The unique design on the inlet will hep air flow more smoothly and effectively.We do vibrating test, high&low temperature test and life test on them in the lab located in CA USA before mass production. Product Description:95MM Performance Electronic Throttle Body For 2003-2012 Chrysler 300,Dodge Ram,Magnum/Charger,Challenger R/T & SRT8 Hemi 5.7/6.1L/6.4LLooking to improve throttle response and possibly add more power to your 2003-2012 year Hemi Eninge? If so, the 90mm Throttle Body is exactly what you’ve been looking for!This 95mm larger hemi throttle body is the ideal upgrade for any owner who enjoys the benefits of their factory high-tech turbocharger, but maybe feels like the overall performance could be improved upon. The larger 85mm/90mm throttle body delivers quicker throttle response and adds the opportunity for even more horsepower. It’s easy to install, fitting directly in place of the production throttle body, and comes with its own new mounting bolts. There are no calibration or tuning changes required.How to relearn the throttle body ? 1. Once the TB is installed and the battery is reconnected, the ignition need to be turned to the ‘ON’ position to light up the dash like a Xmas tree. 2. Once the warning lights come on, you press the gas pedal slowly all the way down till you reach the floor. Count 5 seconds. 3. After you count 5 seconds, slowly depress the gas pedal till its fully released. 4. Turn on the car and that completes the re-learn process. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure correct fitment and operation: • Disconnect the negative battery terminal. • Disconnect the air temperature sensor plug and the throttle body control motor plug. • Loosen the clamps on the air intake tube and air box, and then remove the tube. • Remove the four bolts that secure the throttle body to the intake manifold. • Remove the stock throttle body. The stock Oring seal will be re-used. Be sure to wipe off and debris from the gasket. • Bolt on this Enlarged Throttle Body using the stock hardware. On the 5.7L Hemi Plastic manifolds, take extra care when re-installing the mounting bolts. • Re-install the air inlet tube to the Throttle Body and air box and then tighten the clamps. • Re-connect the air temperature sensor and the throttle body control motor plug. Re-connect the negative battery terminal and refer to the instruction sheet for throttle relearn procedure.
