PP10084 High Limit Switch Thermostat 450F for Pitco Frying Equipment USCompatible with:Universal fit for all Pitco gas fryers including Rov, Solstice Supreme, Solstice, and Economy gas fryers series. Fit for 35C+, 45C+ , 65C+, SG14, SG14R, SG14T, SG18, VF35, VF65, SGC and more model. (Please see pictures and description for all models) Also fit for Anets Southbend Robertshaw Allpoints gas fryers. Feature:(1) Function: This PP10084 high limit switch is a safety thermostat which can shuts the unit off and prevents the oil from overheating on the fryers. It features a manual reset button on the switch for manual shutting off.(2) OEM Replacement: Replace for Pitco PP10084 / P5047210, Robertshaw 5225-11B / LCHM050300000, Anets PP10084, Southbend 1199571, All Points 48-1006.(3) Technical Features: Featuring a fixed temperature of 450F/232°C, come with size 1/4 stuff box nickel and a manual reset, Bulb 1/4″ x 4-7/8″ Nickel. The capillary length is 36”, works on 1A, 125V AC.(4) Prevent Overheating: If temperature exceeds fixed setting(450°F / 232°C), the contacts will open and cut the gas supply. When the temperature drops approximately 50°F below fixed setting, it will allow the contacts to be reset and gas valve to open again. Contacts on cycling models will reset automatically. Features Manual reset models, require the reset button to be depressed before contacts will close.(5) Premium Quality: Perfectly compatible with the device, great replacement for original parts.
