Processing Time and Delivery All orders ship within two business days. For example, 100% natural silk yarn irregularities and variations in shade are in no way to be considered defective as they are characteristics of silk. Furthermore, and as another example, there is a large difference in texture between China & India silk dupioni. *Items Eligible for Return or Exchange.Fabric that is one (1) yard or larger is eligible for return if it meets the conditions below. Any fabrics that have been cut, altered, washed, or used in any way, cease to be eligible for return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns must be received by Delicate Fabrics within 14 calendar days of customer receipt of the items (day ONE (1) begins the day the delivery tracking says “delivered”). You must return the full amount of yardage of the fabric purchased. If an attempt is made to return anything less than the original purchased fabric measurement, no credit or exchange will be issued and if you wish to have the item sent back to you, you must pay for the return shipping. Items sent for return MUST include all original packaging, e.g., all original packing material must be included with the return not necessarily using the same packaging. Refunds or exchanges for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition will not be processed. Buyer’s Remorse.Under this clause, a buyer may return fabric as long as it meets all the requirements outlined in this policy for returns. An order may be returned under this clause as long as it meets the conditions under Items Eligible for Return or Exchange. No Cash or Credit Refunds conditions apply to buyer’s remorse returns.
